At Shivshakti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided the items are unworn and have all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Shivshakti account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with tags intact and pack it securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team verifies the product quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
